Do you love Lake Murray? Want a way to enjoy the fun of South Carolina’s music and cuisine…all while raising money for a good cause? Well, then, the Taste of Lake Murray is an event for you!
An annual fundraiser for the fireworks spectacular that takes place on the shores of the lake to commemorate Independence Day on July 4th, the Taste of Lake Murray kickstarts the fundraising season.
The 2008 Taste of Lake Murray will be held on March 20, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel Columbia & Conference Center at 7pm.

The price will increase to $55/person after February 20th.

Enjoy live music from the Showmen, purchase unique auction items and sample specialty dishes from 14 area restaurants at the 2008 Taste of Lake Murray. The fourth annual Taste of Lake Murray event, created to raise money for the July 4th celebration on Lake Murray.
Monies raised at the event will support the 21st Anniversary of the July 4th fireworks celebration on Lake Murray, scheduled for Saturday, July 5, 2008. Fireworks will launch from two lake locations: Dreher Island and Spence Island.
