THINGS TO DO: Bring Your Dog and Have a Beer at the Ball Game!

For a fun twist on having a “dog” and a beer at the ballpark, the Columbia Blowfish Baseball team is inviting fans to bring their own dogs. “Bark to the Park” will be taking place on July 6th, 2008 at 6:05 p.m. at Capital City Stadium. The Blowfish will be playing the Florence Redwolves.
Between the fifth and sixth innings, dogs and their people will be invited on the field to have a parade. It isn’t mentioned in the press release whether or not “pooper scoopers” will be part of the parade as well, but they probably should be!
Rebel Dog and I will be there, enjoying a fun evening (and a hot dog) in the park. See you there!
