It’s pretty easy, especially if you use the in-stock cabinets, some plywood and make a cushion (that can be changed easily as the room decor does).
It can add marketability to your home as you place it on the market for sale, in addition to being a wise storage decision for you. Future buyers won’t struggle over what piece of furniture to place in that area, as you’ve already taken care of that issue for them.
